Today, at the memorial tree planting in honor of Tim Rodey, the team presented a Natty Boh Sox jersey signed by all team members to the Rodey family, and thus officially retiring #27 into Natty Boh Sox history. Tim, you’ll be greatly missed.

Unfortunately, I have some extremely sad news to relay. Former Natty Boh Sox player (60 ab’s in Spring 2006), the team’s #1 fan, and more importantly a great friend was lost this weekend. Tim Rodey was found dead in his bed yesterday. No details on the cause, or arrangements as of yet, but I will keep everyone updated. Please keep his family in your thoughts.
